We train our full-time staff to handle food allergies and gluten-free diets. Our staff is trained to use separate utensils while preparing a meal with a known allergy to ensure there is as little cross-contact as possible. Our staff will communicate the cooking and preparation process to ensure you get a safe meal from your allergen.

We take allergic reactions and foodborne illnesses very seriously.  If you have experienced an allergic reaction or foodborne illness, please complete the appropriate form below. Our registered dietitian and safety compliance officer will conduct an investigation and contact you for additional information as needed.
