Food Trucks

We seek to bring new flavors to campus by partnering with and supporting local food trucks. Each food truck enhances the cuisine we have readily available on campus.

Food trucks are available Friday through Sunday during the warmer months on campus, typically August through October and April. Special events on campus may also feature food trucks, and are open to the RIT community unless stated otherwise.

We partner with local food trucks to bring new flavors and variety to campus while supporting small businesses in the Rochester community. Our food truck program complements the dining options already available at RIT and offers students, faculty, and staff something new each week.

Food trucks typically operate on campus on weekends and during select weekdays in the fall and spring semesters. Availability varies based on the season and campus events, and we do not operate food trucks during the winter months.
