  • Student organizations may submit requests up to 365 days in advance. However, these requests will be considered once priority groups have been scheduled: after August 1 for the fall and after December 1 for the spring.
  • Reservation requests must be submitted at least 4 business days in advance via RIT Events.
  • Recognized student organizations (club sports and performing arts groups) are allotted two hours of reserved recreation time per week. The reservation timeline is as follows:
    • Fall requests may be submitted beginning the 3rd Monday of July.
    • Spring requests may be submitted beginning the 4th Monday of November.
  • During peak hours, when a student organization does not have a reservation, they cannot monopolize space for more than one hour. This ensures that others have the opportunity to recreate as well.
  • Groups must have at least 10 participants in order to hold a reservation. If turnout is consistently low for a particular club, future reservations for the club will be canceled.
  • Reservations can be made online or in person during SLC Main Office business hours.
  • Multiple reservations per day are permitted.
  • Plan on one hour for two players to complete nine holes or two hours for four players to complete nine holes (max four person grouping).
  • Rates
    • Students - $25/hour
    • Faculty/Staff/Alumni/Paid Community Members - $35/hour
    • Golf Club Rentals - $5/set

External Requests are typically submitted by non-RIT groups and organizations, such as RIT community members requesting facility space on behalf of a non-RIT group or organization.

Review RIT’s insurance requirements prior to making a request.
