    RIT garners record $78 million in research funding

    RIT’s sponsored research portfolio grew in fiscal year 2018, reaching a record $78 million in funding. RIT received 340 new awards and had a record 333 principal investigators associated with active research awards.

    RIT to continue to lead Pollution Prevention Institute

    An RIT-led consortium has won a $19.5 million, five-year award from the New York State Department of Environmental Conversation to operate the New York State Pollution Prevention Institute, allowing RIT to continue to lead important environmental projects and initiatives.
