Welcome to RIT!

As an RIT adjunct instructor you’re not just teaching a course, you are joining RIT’s community of teaching and learning excellence. You will play a fundamental role in the lives of RIT students!

Our adjunct orientation programs, events, and this "vault" of resources will introduce you to critical information, resources and where to find support at RIT.  Your college dean, department chair, colleagues, and staff will have other important information particular to your department and are available to answer any questions you might have about RIT's procedures and processes. View all of RIT’s colleges here.

We encourage you to review the information provided here, join us at one of our Adjunct Faculty Orientations held in August and January of each year, or attend other events … and don't hesitate to contact one of the FCDS team if you have any questions. Questions about your contract, salary or specific benefits should be directed to your home department or Human Resources.

Best wishes for a productive and rewarding semester.
