‘Brick by Brick’ nominated for award

The Africa Movie Academy Awards nominated Brick by Brick for the 2020 award for Best Diaspora Short. Tina Chapman DaCosta, RIT’s director of Diversity Theater, wrote, directed, and produced the film along with producer Micky Levy and co-producer Marina Viscun. The awards ceremony was broadcast during a special virtual event on Dec. 20.
