Come join students, staff, faculty and RIT leadership as we collectively reflect on the life of Nobel Peace Prize Winner and civil rights leader, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Our keynote speaker is RIT School of Communication Professor Dr. Nickesia Gordon, and our emcee is Cameron Bennett, president of the Caribbean Student Association. You may also choose to watch a screening of the film American Revolution in Mosaic Center from12:30pm until 2pm or attend a meeting of the Book Club, with the selection, Silencing the Past beginning at 12:30pm.
On Thursday, January 29th come hear New York Times bestselling author and Princeton Professor Dr. Eddie Glaude, Jr, who will deliver the keynote address at Expressions of King’s Legacy program in Gordon Field House.
