The Simone Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship enhances innovation and entrepreneurship activities on RIT's campus, including RIT's Student Business Incubator and the Venture Creations Incubator. The Center was named for Al Simone, President Emeritus of RIT, in recognition of his contributions to academics and strong support of local business.

The Simone Center was created to assist students with experiential learning associated with innovation and entrepreneurship.  We assist in the development and advancement of ideas by providing coaching/mentorship, project support, workspace, course/co-op credit and access to innovation resources in our makerspace. We help students learn as they advance and realize their own ideas and projects.
