Bio

Mike Palanski, Ph.D. is a professor of management, teaching classes in leadership, organizational behavior, and business ethics. His research on ethical leadership and leader development has been cited over 5,000 times in peer-reviewed publications. A noted expert on leader development, Dr. Palanski is a speaker, executive coach, and the author of The Me1st Method: Hands-On Leadership Development for New Roles and Big Challenges.
