RIT is finishing up the process of updating card readers across campus and we are distributing new Smart Cards. If you’re not sure if you have the new smart card, look for this logo (3millID) on the back. If you see that logo, you’re all set. If you don’t see it, please visit the the ID Card Office to exchange it.
Please visit the ID Card Office Eastman Hall, 1st Floor (1202) to exchange your old ID for a new one.
Your current card isn’t compatible with the new readers in The SHED, Wallace Center and several other buildings so stop by to ensure you have the card that will work everywhere you need to be!
Caution
Wireless charging uses magnetic induction to charge your phone. Don't place anything between your phone and the charger. Magnetic mounts, magnetic cases, or other objects between your phone and the charger might reduce performance or damage magnetic strips or RFID chips like those found in some credit cards, security badges, passports, and key fobs. If your case holds any of these sensitive items, remove them before charging or make sure that they aren't between the back of your phone and the charger.
