OLLI Annual Meeting
The first hour (2-3) is the business portion of the meeting.
The second hour (3-4) is reserved for our guest speakers, Joanna Dychton and Kit Chittenden, from Lollypop Farm.
Joanna Dychton has worked for Lollypop Farm since May of 1998. She began immediately after earning her degree in zoology from Oswego State University of New York. Joanna started as a farm attendant in 1998 and became the farm manager in winter of 1999. In February of 2021, she was promoted to farm director. Lollypop Farm is a unique shelter in that it can take in unwanted and abused farm animals. In her time at Lollypop, she has been a part of some of the largest farm animal cruelty cases NYS has seen. Joanna has also been asked to teach farm animal handling to other agencies' staff and cruelty investigators.
Kit Chittenden is a Rochester native who began her career in corporate sales after attending St. Bonaventure University. She was very excited to join the team at Lollypop last year because she grew up down the road and attended Lollypop Farm Camp as a child. In her donor relations role, she partners with donors who care about animal welfare to create personalized giving experiences that change lives, and she connects each donor's values with meaningful opportunities to support animals in our community.
