One-Session Class: Left-Handedness (RESCHEDULED due to fire drill)

Why are people left-handed? Are left-handers different in other ways? Does nature vs. nurture play a role? We will discuss the folklore and history of left-handedness, the most recent DNA and brain-scan findings, famous left-handers, and daily life as a left-handed person.

Jim Scott is educated as an astrodynamicist and had a long career in engineering and project management. Since joining Osher he is developing eclectic interests and is, of course, left-handed.
