One-Session Class: Puerto Rico, Pre- and Post-Maria

With the two hurricanes that have created such devastation on Puerto Rico, Rafael Acosta has volunteered to present a special One-Session course titled Puerto Rico pre-and-post Maria. Having grown up on the island he has an intimate knowledge not only of Puerto Rico's people and its past but the challenges it faces now as it grapples with the overwhelming destruction these hurricanes have caused to its fragile ecology and economy.
