Classroom #3/4
Presented by Elaine K. Miller Hear about political cartoons - how they work, the role they play in US politics, and their function as social critique. We'll look at the staples of cartooning: caricature, imagery, irony, and the use of metaphor as argument, as well as how cartoonists view their work. We'll trace the patterns to the portrayals and hope for some laughs and also some insights.
