Jim Hall, dean of University Studies, with co-editors Melanie Sherazzi (Cal Tech) and Ugo Rubeo (University of Rome Sapienza), edited a special issue of African American Review, “New Perspectives on William Demby,” and contributed an essay “Man Out of Time: William Demby and Midcentury Liberalism.”
