Ad Hoc data requests may be submitted by following the steps below.
Note: There is a significant delay in processing. Three business weeks should be anticipated at time of requesting.
Please ensure that you have filled out a Data Guideline Form. This form is now required to be on file with the Registrar’s Office prior to our sending student or other sensitive data. The form will remain on file and will be referenced prior to sending all data requests in the future. You will not be required to complete a form each time you request data, however, should the document or guideline be revised, a new copy will be sent for your review and signature. We ask that you carefully read each statement, and indicate that you will abide by these guidelines and follow the established process.
