Packaging Design / GRDE 431 Fall Semester 2020
The major project for this course was sponsored and led by Chase Design. Interdisciplinary teams created a new line of sustainable coffee products for Starbucks in partnership with the Rainforest Alliance. Teams researched the category, audiences, competition, materials, form factors, branding and product naming, and merchandising strategies for this new line of products. (Ground coffee, Beans, and Keurig-style delivery)
There were eight teams and a total of 24 students in the course, which was online. This was a really fun project with a great diversity of solutions!
