for Applied and Computational Mathematics

The Center for Applied and Computational Mathematics at the Rochester Institute of Technology fosters the idea that mathematical modeling and computation are indispensable tools for the discovery and application of scientific knowledge. The Center promotes interdisciplinary research with a particular focus on cultivating emerging applications in the sciences and engineering. It provides at RIT an interactive research environment that actively engages both graduate and undergraduate students and creates a forum for collaboration among academic researchers and with partners in industry.
