  1. You send an email inquiry for your testing needs or give us a call
  2. We schedule an online call to discuss your testing needs and work out the best testing approach
  3. You send us more detailed information about your product and test plan
  4. If required, we sign a mutual standard NDA
  5. We put together a quote
  6. We have a follow up online call to discuss and review the quote and make any adjustments as needed
  7. You sign the RIT contract for the proposed testing work
