The executive MBA elevates the critical thinking, analytical, and leadership skills of professionals of varying backgrounds through classroom lessons, an inaugural international trip, and the final capstone consulting project.
RIT's executive MBA through Saunders College of Business is a 16 month program that can be completed on-campus or online. The accelerated structure encourages collaboration in a highly interactive, cohort-based environment.

Reuben Zielinski ’85 (electrical engineering), ’96 (EMBA) developed patented vacuum drying technology that removes moisture from electronic devices including cell phones, tablets, and hearing devices. He credits the Executive MBA with enhancing his entrepreneurial endeavor and creating a successful business plan for Redux.
Championing Veterans: How J'nez drives impactful change
J’nez Thomas ‘20 (EMBA) builds community by championing veteran success. As first runner-up for the 2023 Ms. Veteran America national competition, she’s found versatility in communication, a core military skill, transcends any profession and walks of life.

Emerging Leaders in Healthcare Transformation
Lamya Hamad '24 (EMBA), Jen Spencer '23 (EMBA), and Alex Sunseri '23 (EMBA) graduated from the inaugural Executive MBA class focusing on Life Sciences electives, which sparked cross-over collaboration. They combined Executive MBA and life sciences learnings with experiences in pharma, health information, and cybersecurity to create Stratus Health Sync, a winning interoperability solution.
