Emily Riley is Director, Business Development and Strategy Planning with Mondelez International LLC; the global snack food company. She leads the US business development and commercialization team in end to end supply chain management of product innovation from concept to customer, leveraging the manufacturing network for opportunity. Prior, Emily was Director of Breakthrough and Open Innovation at Energizer Holdings Inc, as part of Global R&D. She led a team of engineers and scientists to develop step-change product improvements and innovations. Previously, she held positions with Xinova, General Mills Inc, Wright Brothers Institute, 4iNNO, and Procter and Gamble. Emily holds an EMBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, a M.A.T in Biological Sciences from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Xavier University.
