Michael Dolpp

Michael (Mike) Dolpp is currently Sr. VP/GM for API Delevan, part of Thomson Industrial, which is part of Altra Industrial (Formerly of Danaher). API Delevan is a global manufacturer of electronic components in almost every facet of industrial and aerospace applications.

Included in his responsibility is full P/L responsibility for sites in Amherst and East Aurora NY as well as St. Kitts – Nevis. He joined Danaher in 2000 and has held various Sales & Marketing leadership roles since joining the organization and has over 45 years of manufacturing sales, marketing and operational management experience. He also holds a black belt in the Value Selling process and has facilitated numerous training events in Lean manufacturing around the world.

Mike and Kathy (his wife of 43 years), are Western New York natives (Clarence NY) and are proud parents of three beautiful children, (Nick, Meghan and Ben) and 3 grandchildren. Together they enjoy travel, are active in their parish and support numerous service organizations. In his spare time, Mike remains active in many sports including golf and racquetball. In spite of all the years of disappointment, he remains an avid supporter of the Buffalo based sports teams. Mike is planning on beginning his retirement from active day to day operational duties April of 2020.
