Why did you choose the Executive MBA program?

Due to its experiential focus and condensed timeframe, I chose the RIT EMBA program as it is designed to maximize learning for immediate use in my professional career. The EMBA cohorts are all like-minded individuals looking to expand their professional network and skillsets, this allows for more pragmatic learning in classrooms and while working on projects.

How has your education helped your career?

The EMBA gave me a new approach to strategic thinking, leadership and management, and a broader executive lens that focused me on obtaining a new career opportunity that better suits my expanded core competencies.

What is your best piece of advice?

Don't wait or put it off. There will never be enough time or something not going on in your life. This will be one of the hardest but most rewarding times of your life.

If you had to do it all over again, would you?

In a heartbeat.
