Dr. Pritam Ganguly received a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Calcutta (St. Xavier’s College) and an M.Sc. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. He completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry at Technische Universität Darmstadt and postdoctoral research at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Dr. Ganguly leads a research group at RIT that combines molecular modeling and machine learning to study protein behavior in complex biological systems, with applications in neurodegenerative diseases, drug delivery, and antimicrobial materials.
