A: No, the program will not support researcher's salary at other institutions.

A: All PDAP awards expire at the end of the PDAP program on November 30, 2026. No-cost-extension may be negotiated on an individual basis depending on the progress of the team and the availability of funds.

A: No. The awarded funds remain in PHT180 accounts, and the PI will work directly with PHT180 to utilize the funds.

A: Submissions are accepted anytime before 11:59pm on the due date. 

A: Funds for Stage II will be available as soon as the boost decisions are announced, and after Stage I funds are exhausted. Please see PDAP home page for dates.

A: Stage II funds need to be spent by November 30. A no-cost extension can be requested and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A: $20K is available for Stage II funding. If cost-sharing with the department is an option, PHT8180 is willing to match 50-50 with the department, up to $10K. As such, the maximum boost a team can apply for is $40K, with $30K from PHT180 and the $10K cost match from their department/college.
