Intent to Present

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2026 Undergraduate Research Symposium on July 30th. Submissions will be accepted until June 24, 2026.

Only one submission is required per presentation, regardless of the number of presenters. Presenters must choose your preference of presentation format: poster or oral. You cannot choose to present both a poster and an oral presentation on the same topic. Presenters researching more than one topic must submit a form for each topic. Final decisions about presentation format will be made by the committee before Abstracts are submitted starting July 1.

Please note, by submitting an Intent to Present form:

• You are not obligated to present at the symposium, although we hope you will.
• You will still need to complete an Abstract Submission form between July 1 and July 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM to reserve your spot at the symposium; again, only one form per presentation.
