From the Vignelli Archive: V for Vignelli

Sept. 16, 2011, was a special day at RIT — it was the dedication of the Vignelli Center for Design Studies. The celebration's standing-room-only audience was composed of students, RIT administration and Vignelli family, clients and friends. Here, the crowd joined R. Roger Remington, director of the center, in making the new "V" for Vignelli sign.
