KGCOE-L3 Harris Passport Program
Scholarship funding for RIT KGCOE women engineering majors (up to $2,000)
To be considered for this scholarship you must:
- Meet eligibility requirements to study abroad and applied for a program in the RIT Study Abroad Compass
- Be a woman KGCOE major with a minimum 3.0 GPA or high
- Have high financial need
How the grant is awarded – no extra steps need to be taken by you!
If you meet the eligibility requirements you do not need to apply for the KGCOE-L3 Harris scholarship. The RIT Education Abroad office will automatically consider you for the scholarship funds once you’ve been accepted and confirmed on a study abroad program. If awarded, you will be notified shortly after the application deadline. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and limited number of scholarships are available.
What study abroad programs are eligible?
The KGCOE-L3 Harris scholarship may be used for any semester or summer program: affiliate programs, RIT Global Campus, faculty-led, or exchange.
When are students notified of any award?
About two weeks after the application deadline for the program you are applying for, you will receive an email from the RIT Education Abroad office to notify you of any scholarship funds awarded.
