Dr. James Myers is the driving force behind RIT's global vision. He leads the charge in shaping and steering all international and global education initiatives. With his innovative leadership and strategic insights, Dr. Myers has been pivotal in creating dynamic international programs, forging global partnerships, and crafting policies that elevate RIT's presence on the world stage. Lyndsey drives the implementation and oversight of a wide range of global programs, including support of degree delivery at our global campuses, exchange programs, international partnership engagement, and collaborative research projects. By working closely with academic units, Lyndsey supports logistics to maximize the impact of RIT's global engagement. Jenny advances RIT’s strategic internationalization goals through study abroad and study away. She leads a dynamic team that manages a portfolio of over 600 programs in 60+ countries with opportunities from traditional study to internships, research, and fellowships abroad. Jenny uses data and metrics to develop strategy, identify opportunities, and build new programs and partnerships all with an eye on academic enhancement, cross-cultural competence, health and safety, and accessibility. Andrea works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure RIT Global runs smoothly. She is a wizard in managing communications, supporting global financial transactions, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, welcoming delegations, and assisting with event coordination. Education Abroad
Myles works with faculty and international partners to develop new programs and maximize opportunities for RIT students at RIT’s global campuses and exchange schools. Myles builds new relationships, organizes budgets, and manages the student-facing application and advising processes. Michelle uses data and research to design Education Abroad’s recruitment and communication strategies for internal and external audiences. From organizing key events like pre-departure orientation and the Education Abroad Fair to managing our website and social media and using metrics to identify new program opportunities or demonstrate program impact, Michelle is the expert to contact.
Roseanne focuses on developing opportunities and supporting students participating in affiliate (non-RIT) programs. She's dedicated to coaching students and parents through the challenging processes of applying, obtaining visas, and all the other academic, financial, diversity, and safety considerations for study abroad. Global Programs
Mery oversees office communications within the RIT community, RIT’s global campuses, and external partners. Mery is the liaison between RIT's central marketing and communications team and her counterparts at the global campuses. She also manages all aspects of the Global Scholars program. Donika plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of RIT's graduate executive-style graduate programs offered at RIT’s global campuses. She facilitates communication between RIT colleges, the Registrar’s office, and global campuses liaisons to effectively implement these programs and other academic support. Donika also supports hiring RIT GDC faculty and staff heading to the global campuses and other international destinations. For any questions about faculty travel, Donika is the go-to person.
Alyssa is responsible for developing new and managing existing revenue-generating student mobility programs such as summer programming for in-bound students from our global campuses and international partners, and expanding partnerships with U.S. institutions to send their students to RIT global campuses. Alyssa works with academic departments across campus to develop discipline-based programming and experiential opportunities, as well as faculty-driven grant opportunities engaging our global network.
