Donika has been working for RIT for the past five years. She gives support to the American University in Kosovo. She often travels to Kosovo to help them plan their commencement ceremonies. Donika also assists with the graduate degree program in Service, Leadership and Innovation at PUCMM, in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
Donika is fluent in Albanian and Croatian. She has recently visited Canada and Kosovo. In her free time, she enjoys bicycling with her family.
Roseanne has been with the RIT Global Office since 2007. She has held a variety of different positions within the office including Graduate Assistant, Program Coordinator and Program Manager. She is currently the Study Abroad Advisor. Her main responsibilities entail meeting with all students interested in studying abroad and guiding them through the application process, as well as building relationships with academic advisors in each of RIT's colleges.
Roseanne is a graduate of Niagara University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing. She completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from RIT. In college, Roseanne studied abroad in London for 7 weeks during her undergraduate career and in Italy for 6 weeks during her graduate degree. Since her study abroad experiences, she has returned to Italy multiple times and she has visited some Caribbean islands, Ireland, France, Germany, Kosovo, Spain and Turkey. She is fluent in Italian and she knows some elementary ASL. In her spare time, Roseanne participates in two improv comedy teams and takes online courses for photo shop and design. She also likes to go see a play every once in a while.
Susan started working for RIT in 2001 and has been working for RIT Global Programs for the past 7 years. She is responsible for all the accounting and reporting for our Global Programs. Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Susan is a huge hockey fan and enjoys spending time with her family.
Over the years, Susan has collected plenty of gifts that have been brought to her from our Global Campuses, but the only country she has ever visited is Canada!
Anna began working for RIT in 2008 and she has been working in her position since 2011. Anna’s responsibilities include updating the website for the Center for Energy and Natural Resources www.rit.edu/research/cenr/, participating in production of promotional materials for RIT Global Programs department, managing Global Programs payroll and creating contracts for faculty who travel to Global Campuses. She also acts as a liaison between Paychex payroll company, Excellus BCBS for health insurance and RIT Global Delivery Corporation and also is a liaison between global campuses and RIT ITS. Anna started and maintains Facebook and Twitter pages for Global Programs.
Anna graduated from the Plekhanov Academy of Economics in Russia with B.S. in International Business and completed her MS in Communication and Media Technology from RIT. Anna is fluent in both Russian and English and she can speak basic Spanish. She is from Russia and has traveled to England, Holland, Denmark, Egypt, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Spain and Ukraine. In her spare time, Anna loves to spend time with her daughter who is involved in swimming and figure skating and her newborn son. Anna also likes to read and hike.
Lyndsey has been working for RIT since 2006 and has been the Manager for Global Initiatives since 2010. She is responsible for overseeing all support functions associated with the delivery of RIT’s degree programs outside of Rochester.
Lyndsey is an RIT graduate with a Master of Science degree in Science, Technology and Public Policy. She has traveled to Albania, Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Germany, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Turkey, and the UAE. In her spare time, Lyndsey enjoys hiking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Overall, she just likes to be outside. Her research interests are focused on access to health care and education in developing countries as well as the development of the energy and natural resources in Kosovo.
Dr. James Myers is the Associate Provost of International Education and Global Programs. He previously served as the Director for the Center for Multidisciplinary Studies where he helped establish the American University in Kosovo and created numerous corporate and government sponsored outreach education programs. He was also previously the Associate Dean and Associate Professor in the American College of Management and Technology (ACMT), in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
Dr. Myers’ interest and research focuses on the nexus of natural resources, infrastructure, and human health in developing countries. He has served as a consultant to the World Bank’s Western Balkans Energy Efficiency Assessment team. Since 2009, he has served as the Associate Executive Director for Haiti Outreach Pwoje Espwa (H.O.P.E.), a non-profit organization that operates a health care system in Borgne, Haiti. Dr. Myers has written and received more than $13 million in grants, contracts, and foundation awards since 2002.
Dr. Myers received a B.S. in Food Systems Management, and a M.S. in Packaging Science, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology; and a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Economics from Michigan State University. Dr. Myers has recently traveled to Hong Kong SAR, China, UAE, Sweden, Croatia, Kosovo, Ecuador and Peru. He is an avid runner and has competed in many ultra-marathons.
Mery started at RIT in 2012 as the Global Programs Specialist for RIT’s campus in Dubai. Mery gives support to the Dubai campus and takes care of students that come to the Study Abroad at RIT program and transfer students from our global campuses. She is also responsible for some of the communication materials for the Office of International Education and Global Programs. She loves her job and the fact that she gets to meet and interact with students and colleagues from RIT’s global campuses.
Mery has a background in fine arts and arts management. She completed her undergraduate career at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia and she completed her graduate career at the School of Art Institute of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.
Mery grew up in Guatemala City. She lived in Italy for some time right after high school and again after she completed her undergraduate studies. Mery has traveled throughout Central Europe, Scandinavia, Nepal and India. She hopes to fulfill her dream of traveling to the UAE soon. Mery likes to make things, particularly anything that is edible. Mery has an obsession with Japanese culture, Hello Kitty and Mr. Hayao Miyazaki's films.
Maureen started at RIT in 2004 as the Program Coordinator for RIT’s campus in Croatia, formerly, The American College of Management in Technology. She has been working for RIT for 8 years now. Prior to working for RIT, Maureen spent the majority of her career working for Eastman Kodak Company. Maureen is responsible for advising study abroad students on visa process for global campuses in Croatia and Dubai, assisting RIT and adjunct faculty with temporary residency process to teach at RIT Croatia, and facilitating interaction of RIT Croatia staff with various departments at RIT. She also supports the Dean of RIT Croatia by providing assistance with meetings, travel and events such as Board of Trustee meetings.
Maureen graduated from Nazareth College with a BS in Business and Economics. She also received a certificate in Computer Graphics from RIT. She has traveled to Croatia, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Mexico and Canada. She can speak some basic French and Croatian. In her spare time, Maureen likes to ski and read books. She enjoys the theatre and films
Ty began working for RIT in 1997 and has been working for the Study Abroad Office since 2001. She is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, planning and managing the Study Abroad budget, monitoring Study Abroad enrollments, addressing goals and challenges to achieve maximum program participation and marking appropriate recommendations for future growth. Ty is also responsible for the administrative and programmatic oversight of Study Abroad programs, analyzing and solving student administrative problems, participating in professional organizations and activities related to Study Abroad, short term and long term strategic planning, and hiring and supervising of the Study Abroad staff. Ty travels abroad as necessary for Study Abroad program business and she is the Advising Manager for Study Abroad student applicants.
Ty graduated from RIT with a B.S. degree in social work and then received her Masters degree from RIT in Service Management. She is conversational in sign language and she has made it a personal goal in the future to learn another language. She has visited Australia, the Bahamas, Hong Kong SAR, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden and Turkey. In her spare time, Ty works part-time with the homeless youth at the Center for Youth and also with babies at the crises nursery.
Jenny is the Assistant Director Study Abroad & Fellowships. She began working for RIT in 2010 and her main responsibilities include assisting faculty in the development of faculty-led programs and advising students pursuing international fellowships.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, she earned her undergraduate degree in Communications and Business from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. She then returned to Oregon and earned her Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Oregon State University. Her first overseas experience was through a study abroad program in England. Since then, she has lived and worked in Ireland and Ecuador. She has also traveled extensively in Europe and South Africa. In her spare time, Jenny likes to chase around her two year old and spend time with her family.
Greg is the Business Manager for Global Operations and has been working for RIT since 2005. He works directly with senior management across all divisions of RIT to provide leadership in the areas of business and financial planning as well as daily operations and risk management for RIT’s overseas campuses. Additionally, he oversees the management of RIT’s short-term investment portfolio and advises senior management on the institute’s debt portfolio and interest rate hedging strategies. Greg also serves as an adjunct faculty instructor for the MBA program of the E. Philip Saunders College of Business at RIT where he specializes in international finance and derivative products.
Greg is an RIT graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and an MBA. He speaks German and has lived in Switzerland. He has traveled to Austria, the Bahamas, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, China, Croatia, France, Indonesia, Italy, Kosovo, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and the United Kingdom. In his spare time, Greg likes to spend time reading and fishing with his family at their cottage in Canada.
