This research experience exposes you to the application of acoustic sensing for assessing biodiversity in a rainforest. You will travel with Prof. Anthony Vodacek to the Universiti Tecknologi Mara (UiTM) Field Station in Taman Negara National Park, Malaysia, and will place acoustic sensors in the rainforest to capture acoustic data and then perform analyses with AI/machine learning.
