Pete Beckary was raised in rural Western New York, and after serving in the US Air Force, returned to the Rochester area graduating from the Saunders College of Business in 1990.
Pete has worked extensively in the computer and accounting fields, spending more than 11 years in the electronic payments world - eight years in the corporate environment and the past three years self-employed.
He has recently worked helping retail point-of-sale systems upgrade to accept EMV (chip card) and NFC (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay) payments.
His focus has been on the small to medium-sized 'mom and pop' business.
While he maintains his credit card processing portfolio of 130+ businesses, Pete is also involved with a startup business based in Rochester, NY that is launching a car-connected app.
