Congratulations to Meagan Daymont ’15, Media Arts and Technology, from Lowville, NY, for creating the winning poster design for this year’s festival. Meagan’s depiction of a tiger head was the top vote getter from among over 85 entries with a final decision from President Destler. Free copies of the poster will be available for visitors on Saturday, May 2, at a tent outside the Wallace Center.

Congratulations to Tim Davcev ’16, New Media Design, for creating the winning t-shirt design for this year’s exhibitors. “IMAGINE” made out of various tools was selected from among 45 entries in this year’s inaugural contest. The 2nd place design will be put on all volunteer t-shirts thanks to Xiangyin Li ’16, a Visual Communication Design major.

Imagine RIT: Innovation and Creativity Festival drew a large and inquisitive crowd on May 3. More than 30,000 visitors explored the RIT campus discovering the latest in technology, science, the arts and all things entrepreneurial.
