Rashad Bayramov '03 is a corporate communications, public speaking, and personal development specialist. Rashad holds an MS in Communication and Marketing from RIT and an MA in Philology from Azerbaijan University of Languages. As a consultant, Rashad's key clients include British Petroleum (BP), State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Kazakhtelecom, Qatargas, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Pasha Holding, the Azerbaijani government, and many more prestigious entities besides. He has worked with individuals working in high level government offices, including senior diplomats and public figures.
Rashad has experience across corporate communications as a chief editor of a corporate magazine, a head of employee programs, a press officer, a crisis communications expert, and as a web writer. As BP's government affairs manager, he served as the company's spokesperson for audiences ranging from new recruits to heads of government, including former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and former President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso. He is the author of several articles on public speaking and corporate communication, including the book 'Trust Your Words: Ten Steps to Conquer Your Audience,' which was published in December 2016.
