Mindfully Managing Stress at Work

Stress is something we are all too familiar with. A small amount of stress can be healthy, but too much stress can be debilitating to our relationships and damaging to our careers. Anne Walton joins meRIT for a presentation on how to best manage the negative impacts of stress at work. She will introduce the concept of mindfulness, sharing specific mindfulness-based techniques that can be applied to stressful work-related situations.
