Bio
Serves as the Executive Director for Marketing and Operations for the Division of Access, Engagement, and Success at Rochester Institute of Technology. Where she provides leadership and strategic direction of the division’s brand through marketing/communications and public relations; leads the marketing team which develops all design, web and social media tactics for divisional events, programs and departments (including measurement tactics, creation and implementation of brand guidelines and diverse story telling); and provides daily oversight of divisional operations that include human resources functioning (including annual comprehensive review of the university’s Affirmative Action Plans) and university compliance.
Sandra holds a Master’s Degree in Service Leadership & Innovation, Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration (Honors), a Minor in Communications, Certificate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the College of Applied Science Technology, an Associate’s Degree (High Honors) in Business Administration, , all from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is also certified in Title IX Administration and Investigations from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA). Sandra is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI) and SHRM-SCP (SHRM). Also holds an Inclusive Workplace Specialty Credential (SHRM) and is a certified Mediator emphasizing the Social Justice Mediation model.
