It is a willingness to want to learn more about diversity and inclusion and how it can enrich our own professional experiences. Congratulations to the following RIT colleagues who recently completed the Cultural Humility Certificate Program. They achieved this while performing their regular day-to-day responsibilities on campus.
The program is offered by the Division of Diversity and Inclusion. Director of Diversity Education, Taj Smith, says it takes a real commitment to attend a total of six workshops which can take a year to complete.
