Jeff DavisProgram Director, Executive Education, Adjunct Professor
Jeff joined the Executive MBA program at the Saunders College of Business in October 2011. He has a variety of experiences to include 12+ years in the United States Air Force, 8 years in financial services, and 8 years in the New York Air National Guard. Between the Air Force and Financial Services, Jeff has strong experience in recruiting. He also previously worked with the Air Force ROTC at Boston University. Jeff is an Adjunct Professor at Medaille College and RIT, teaching Economics, Business Simulation, International Business and Executive Leadership.
Some of the places Jeff has worked or lived include the Republic of South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Philippines, China, Guam, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Jeff met his wife Maura while living in Boston and they have two children, Conor and Erin. The Davis family resides in Penfield.
Jeff earned his bachelor's degree from Medaille College and his MBA as a member of Class 17 of RIT's Executive MBA Program in 2010.

As the Assistant Director for Marketing for the Executive MBA Program, Jessica is responsible for the marketing strategy and implementation for the Executive Education programs at Saunders College of Business.
Prior to joining the Executive Education staff, Jessica worked in Marketing and Events for University Gallery, a popular event venue on the RIT Campus.
Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Alfred University, a Master's degree in International Service Innovation, as well as an MBA in Digital Marketing, both from RIT.

As the Sr. Admissions Officer, Annie manages all aspects of admissions for the Executive MBA program, including engagement, evaluation and recommendations of all perspective students.
Annie has over 10 years of experience working recruitment and community development. Prior to joining the Executive Education staff, Annie worked as the Director of Recruiting for one of the top IT consulting firms in the country.
Annie has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia, as well as an Advanced Certification in Higher Education and Student Affairs. Annie also serves as a Board Member and Parent Coach at AutismUP.

Jancy is the Program Coordinator for Executive MBA Programs. She acts as the primary liaison with Executive MBA students, ensuring they have a smooth experience with the program on campus and online.
Jancy has an Associate’s degree in Corporate Communications and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College School of Continuing & Professional Studies.
Jancy previously worked with RIT Catering on campus before joining the Executive Education staff. Prior to joining RIT, Jancy lived in Hershey, Pennsylvania and worked with chocolate and craft beer, leading marketing event initiatives for Hershey’s Chocolate World and Tröegs Brewery respectively.

Krista began working as a strategic planning consultant with business owners and organizations in 1991. She specialized in guiding business leaders to identify and define strategies to achieve greater leadership alignment, better performance, improved productivity, and enhanced engagement. Her strength is in developing custom strategic planning approaches rooted in proven planning frameworks. She has facilitated and implemented hundreds of plans for businesses and organizations of many types ranging from commercial manufacturing to international not-for-profits and alternative currency systems. Her work has brought her across the United States and into Europe and Asia, with particular focus on community currency networks and the financial services sector.
She attended Rochester Institute of Technology E. Philip Saunders College of Business in 2010 and graduated with honors from their Executive MBA program in 2012. She served as an adjunct instructor at RIT Saunders College of Business teaching Strategic Leadership.
When Krista is not facilitating plans or helping to operationalize them for businesses or organizations, she leads small group mission trips to Chiapas, Mexico to entrepreneurial communities in Tuxtla-Gutierrez and indigenous communities in the mountains surrounding San Cristobal de las Casas and beyond. Her first visit to this region was in 1996. She has been leading these experiences since 2012.
