Women in Motion Series
The RIT Saunders College of Business Executive Education Program is offering a new and exciting personal growth and leadership development series focused on supporting women’s needs as they advance through their careers – The Women in Motion Series offers three different ways to engage and BLOOM, no matter what phase of life you are in!
The Series includes 3 unique opportunities to engage in our BLOOM Community – participate in one or all three!
1. Women in Motion Signature Leadership Event – Friday, November 6th from 8 am to 2:30 pm at the Saunders College of Business. An interactive day of insights, inspiration, and a path forward to BLOOM $75 (see agenda and speakers below). Build your network, engage in meaningful personal development activities with experienced leaders focused on navigating career, wellness & resilience, leveraging your value, developing executive presence, and leading your life with confidence and clarity in this age of AI. 2. The BLOOM Coaching Circle – a 6 month program designed to support personal leadership development, career growth, and goal achievement, Starting January 2027 - $250. Includes assessment and book – Registration Opens November 2026
3. The Power & Influence Leadership Certificate – an 8 week program designed to help women strengthen their leadership impact and executive presence, Starting January 2027 - $3,000 Registration Opens November 2026
Next Gen Leadership
Advance the leadership skills to confidently lead people, navigate change, and make stronger business decisions with RIT Executive Business Programs. Designed for working professionals, this cohort-based series combines practical instruction, collaborative learning, and a real-world practicum - so you leave with proof of what you can achieve.
Participants may register for either program individually or complete both for a comprehensive leadership development experience. Each, inclusive of a one-on-one coaching session, stands on its own while building toward a broader understanding of modern leadership. An RIT Executive Certificate will be earned upon successful completion.

Take your leadership skills to the next level by developing a deeper understanding of the business and organizational forces that drive results. Through four advanced modules, participants will build the strategic, financial, and interpersonal skills needed to navigate complexity, lead change, and make a greater organizational impact.
