Opening Keynote: The Crooked Path in the Age of AI: Confidence, Clarity, and Building a Career That Doesn't Follow a Map or a Machine
Keynote Description: Most leadership advice assumes a straight line, pick a path, climb it, arrive. Mine didn't work that way, and AI is about to make that assumption obsolete for everyone else too. Drawing on a career that moved through advertising, entrepreneurship, global consulting, and enterprise AI, this session is about building real confidence in a moment when career paths, job titles, and even entire functions are being rewritten in real time. We'll talk about how to communicate your value clearly when your background doesn't fit a tidy narrative, how to use AI as a genuine accelerant rather than a crutch, and how to trust your own judgment when there's no playbook (human or machine-generated) for what comes next.
