Over her career, she has served as an automotive design engineer, a U.S. Federal regulator, and a global commercial leader in supply chain and logistics, giving her a cross-functional view of the automotive industry.

As Associate Director, Corporate Strategy at Ford Motor Company, Eva applies that perspective to the strategic questions facing one of the world's most iconic automakers. She is drawn to the hard problems at the intersection of engineering, policy, and business, and to challenging "the way things have always been done" as the industry navigates significant change.

Eva holds a BS in mechanical engineering from RIT and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. She is a Forte Fellow, recognized for her commitment to the advancement of women in the workplace.
