Hans Laudon ’90 is a global executive with a versatile background leading complex organizations in aerospace operations/supply chain, engineering, marketing and general management.

Hans served Honeywell Aerospace for 26 years with a track record of profitable growth and operational execution across mechanical and electronic systems. He led the $2B Engines enterprise as VP/GM and its broad portfolio of propulsion engines and associated technologies and joint ventures.

Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Barnes Aerospace, leading the exciting transformation for the manufacture and repair of advanced engine components across 17 global sites. 

Hans is committed to continuous improvement, learning and developing future leaders through his current consulting/advisory roles. He received his MSc Management and MSc Mech Eng from MIT/Sloan and is Lean/Six Sigma certified.
