Ehrlich-Scheffer presents at engineering conference
Kathy Ehrlich-Scheffer, director of Women in Engineering, presented “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: A Practitioner’s Look ‘Under the Hood’ Four Years After a Needs Assessment” at the annual CoNECD conference in February in Arlington, Va. The presentation was a follow-up to her 2020 master’s capstone that examined Gen Z engagement trends in extracurricular activities and how WE@RIT can best meet students’ needs.
