Kathy Ehrlich-Scheffer ’20 MS, director of WE@RIT (Women in Engineering), presented as part of a panel titled “What’s the Secret to Engagement and Retention?” during the Women in Engineering Pro-Active Network’s Women in Engineering Program Day on Oct. 19. She was joined by other Women in Engineering program directors from Purdue University, University of Iowa, and University of Dayton.
