Engineering team teaches short course on integrated circuit fabrication
Robert Pearson, Karl Hirschman, Ivan Puchades, Santosh Kurinec, Stephanie Bolster, Stefan Preble, and Michael Jackson, faculty members in the Department of Electrical and Microelectronic Engineering, team taught a one-week short course on Integrated Circuit Fabrication for seven attendees from Northrop Grumman Corp. in Maryland. This hands-on professional development experience utilized design, fabrication, and test facilities in the Kate Gleason College of Engineering.
