Werfen Electrochemical Sensor Card Inspection

The P15098 MSD team designed a visual inspection system for sensor cards used in blood analyzer technology. Werfen, a medical device company, wants to improve their inspection process, which is currently done completely manually. The inspection system’s goal is to speed up Werfen’s inspection process, as well as to detect defects not noticeable to the human eye.
