Oral Presentations
Schedule for Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be scheduled in one hour time blocks between 9:00AM and 12:30 PM in the Campus Center and SAU. Presentations will be grouped by theme or topic area. Presenters will be notified of their time block in late March and the schedule of presentations will be available on the website by Wednesday, April 1st.

8-30 AM - 11:00 AM - Check-in, Fireside Lounge, (SAU) Plan to check-in before your presentation to pick up your presenter name tag.

9:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Oral Presentations (1 hour time blocks), in the Campus Center and SAU. Judging will take place during the oral presentations and top rated presenters will receive a monetary award during the Keynote Presentation and Awards Ceremony.

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Keynote Presentation and Awards Ceremony (come early to enjoy refreshments - doors open at 3:45)
Presenters are expected to wear business or professional attire appropriate for an academic conference or formal presentation setting.
Presenters will be required to submit their presentation slides to a Google drive ahead of the event so that it may be loaded on to the presentation computer prior to the event. Presentation computers will be supplied by the Graduate School and ITS. A presentation remote will be available in each presentation room.
