Oral Presentations
Schedule for Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be scheduled in one hour time blocks between 8:45 AM and 1:00 PM in the Campus Center, Bamboo Rooms (CPC-2610 & CPC-2650). Presentations will be grouped by theme or topic area. Presenters will be notified of their time block in late March and the schedule of presentations will be available on the website by Friday, April 5th.

8-30 AM - 11:00 AM - Check-in, Fireside Lounge, (SAU) Plan to check-in before your presentation to pick up your name tag. If you are also taking part in the poster session, please make time, between 8:30 and 11:00, to hang your poster.

8:45 AM - 1:00 PM: Oral Presentations (1 hour time blocks), Campus Center Bamboo Rooms (CPC-2610 & CPC-2650). Judging will take place during the oral presentations and top rated presenters will receive a monetary award during the Keynote Presentation and Awards Ceremony.

3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Keynote Presentation and Awards Ceremony, Ingle Auditorium (SAU)

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Reception, 1829 Room, (SAU)
Business Professional Dress Recommended
Presenters will be required to bring their presentation on a USB drive ahead of the event so that it may be loaded on to the presentation computer prior to the event. Presentation computers will be supplied by the Graduate School and ITS and a staff member will be available to load presentations – PowerPoint, PDF, Prezi, Flash. Each presentation room will be equipped with a Windows 10 PC that will have Office 2016 installed and available for your presentation. Please be sure that your presentation is compatible with this system setup prior to presentation load time. A presentation remote with laser pointer will be available.
