Poster Presentations

Schedule for Poster Presenters

• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Check-in, Fireside Lounge, (SAU). Check-in and pick up your presenter name badge - hang your poster at your designated location no later than 12:00 PM. 
• 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM - Poster Session, Fireside Lounge, (SAU): Presenters should be available to discuss their research with attendees. Voting will take place during the poster session and top-rated presenters will receive a monetary award during the Keynote Presentation and Awards Ceremony.
• 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM (doors open at 3:45): Reception, Keynote Presentation and Awards Ceremony, Glass Box Theater (SHED)

Presenters are expected to wear business or professional attire appropriate for an academic conference or formal presentation setting

Poster Dimensions: Posters should not exceed 4’ wide x 4’ high. Bring your poster rolled up; posters should NOT be mounted on foam boards. Poster stands and push-pins will be provided. If your poster is wider than 4’, the edges will need to curl behind so as not to encroach on the poster next to yours.
