Rich publishes article
Jason Rich, a lecturer in the Wegmans School of Health and Nutrition, published the article “Recommendations to Promote Accessibility in Rowing for Athletes who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing” in the peer-reviewed journal Palaestra. This research provides best practices to coaches and peers of deaf or hard-of-hearing rowers to facilitate accessibility, leading to improved motivation through a more inclusive team environment.
