Birdwatching with Birding at RIT

Location

Thomas Gosnell Hall (GOS/008) - 1st floor atrium outside 1300/1305

Hear about the local species of bird that will soon be migrating through our backyards. Learn how birdwatching can benefit us, from better mental health to a stronger community. Discover how to begin birding, with resources on finding and identifying birds. Join us every 30 minutes (weather permitting) for guided bird walks. Our experienced birders will lead a short walk to the RIT nature trails. Visitors can see and hear our common native species (and maybe a few rare ones).
